Jollibee - Paranaque City

Typical comfort food for some people. The gravy was hot and peppery, spaghetti was al dente but the sauce was too sour to my liking. French fries was yum, but the chicken was not seasoned enough for me. I also had their caramel cookie sundae and this was my favourite!

I had a great experience at Jollibee NAIA 1 near Departure area. I ordered 4pc chicken and coffee.The food is good and the service crew, the order and payment process were excellent and efficient. Thank you for providing food and place to wait for travelers and families.

It’s positioned conveniently near the main waiting area just outside the check-in entrance, making it a great stop for travelers who arrive early. Reaching the area is easy whether you’re coming by elevator or escalator, and the space is clearly signposted. There’s ample room to move around with luggage carts, though during peak hours, foot traffic and crowding may slow things down. ⸻ Parking & Surroundings As it is within the airport complex, standard airport parking rules apply. Public and paid parking are available outside the terminal building. The surrounding area near the restaurant includes a currency exchange booth, convenience stalls, and snack shops, which creates a lively but somewhat crowded environment. ⸻ First Impressions From the outside, the restaurant is very recognizable and welcoming with bright branding and promotional posters highlighting local breakfast options. That said, the entrance area can be a bit chaotic due to the number of luggage carts parked outside, which sometimes block pathways. The nearby seating area is shared by passengers waiting for check-in or companions, and often gets fully occupied – so expect a busy and bustling vibe. ⸻ Interior & Facilities The Jollibee seating area is modest in size and enclosed behind glass walls, offering some separation from the busy terminal environment. It’s clean and functional, though not particularly spacious, and during peak hours, finding a table inside can be a challenge. The adjacent public waiting area has many chairs with varied colors, giving a slightly casual, airport-lounge feel. Noise levels are moderate to high, depending on the time of day. Restrooms are located nearby in the same hallway, and they were decently maintained during my visit. Accessibility for people with mobility issues seems to be considered, as everything is on one flat level. ⸻ Staff Service Staff members were quick, efficient, and familiar with handling high traffic. Despite the rush, they maintained friendly attitudes and were responsive to questions or clarifications. Food was served promptly even with a long line forming. ⸻ Menu & Ordering The menu features typical Jollibee fare, with special attention to breakfast combos like the “Breakfast Joys” — corned beef, hotdog, pancakes, garlic rice, and egg combos — offered at very affordable prices. Items are displayed clearly on digital boards inside, and there’s a visible promo stand outside showing prices and combos. This location is especially popular for quick meals before or after flights, and the offerings focus on hot meals and rice-based dishes, with only a small selection of desserts or drinks. ⸻ Food Quality I tried one of the breakfast combos featuring a pancake and sausage with a side of hot coffee. The food was fresh, warm, and surprisingly filling for the price. The flavor was familiar and comforting — classic Jollibee. Great for a simple, no-fuss meal. Portion sizes are ideal for one person, but may feel light if you’re extremely hungry. ⸻ Price & Value Breakfast sets are extremely budget-friendly — most options are under ₱120 per meal. For an airport restaurant, this is an excellent deal. No hidden fees or service charges, and payment was smooth via card or cash.
